Review by hotel critic
As someone who takes their culinary experiences seriously, my recent stay at Courtyard in Danbury, CT left me pleasantly surprised. The Bistro, with its intimate ambiance and vibrant bar/lounge setting, was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring nearby attractions like the Danbury Fair Mall and Candlewood Lake. One morning, I decided to kickstart my day with a specialty beverage made with Starbucks® coffee. The aroma alone was enough to invigorate me for a day of adventure. During lunchtime, I sampled their selection of freshly brewed Starbucks products which added a touch of familiarity to my meal. While there are plenty of Italian, Japanese, and steakhouse options nearby, I found myself drawn back to The Bistro for dinner. The menu offered a diverse array of dishes that catered to every palate. I opted for a simple yet perfectly cooked steak accompanied by a glass of local wine from one of the nearby wineries.Despite the hotel's proximity to various dining options, the convenience and quality of the food at The Bistro kept me coming back. The attentive staff, much like Sylvia and Jennifer at the front desk, enhanced my dining experience with their warmth and efficiency.
